PROJECT OVERVIEW
The Cairo Luxury Residences project marks AHB's first development outside the Kingdom, established to capitalise on Egypt's major capital city relocation programme. Located in the R7 residential district of Egypt's New Administrative Capital, the project comprises four residential towers of 22 storeys each, delivering 240 fully-finished apartments ranging from 140 m² two-bedroom units to 480 m² penthouses.
All units are delivered with premium Italian fixture packages, smart home integration, and panoramic views across the capital's green spine. Communal facilities include a 1,200 m² outdoor resort pool complex, private cinema, gym, children's play zone, and a residents' club.
The project was delivered in partnership with a major Egyptian developer and achieved 100% reservation within six months of launch at an average price-per-m² that set a new benchmark for the R7 district.
