Omar Henaidy started his career as an industrial engineer after having graduated from his Masters in Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After almost ten years in engineering-related positions in Saudi Arabia, Omar Henaidy founded the Taj Holding Group in Riyadh in 2008. Under his leadership, the group has grown into multiple sectors and has dealt with companies from all over the world. Currently, Omar Henaidy also leads one of the most prominent companies of the group - BESIDE Group.

Mohammed AlKoman graduated in Law from the King Saud University in 2003 after which he went on to manage the Research and Development department of TAJ ALAMAL. In 2011, Mohammed AlKoman became a partner and Vice President of Taj Holding Group and has been leading the company in strategic sectors such as communication and healthcare since then.
