PROJECT OVERVIEW
Nudhum was appointed as the primary ICT and integrated security contractor for the first completed residential precinct within the NEOM development zone. The scope covered design, supply, and full commissioning of the ICT and security infrastructure across 12 residential towers and a shared amenities complex.
Deliverables included a 10 Gbps fibre-to-the-unit backbone, a Tier-III-equivalent edge data centre, an IP CCTV network with 1,400 cameras and AI-powered video analytics, a biometric access control system, a public address and emergency communication system, and a unified building management system integrated with NEOM's city operations platform.
The project was completed within a compressed 14-month schedule and achieved LEED Gold certification for its ICT infrastructure design.
