TAM Aerospace & Defense holds a Gulfstream authorised service facility (ASF) designation — one of only two in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This long-term MRO programme formalises TAM's servicing relationship with over 30 GCC-based operators of the G450, G550, and G650 platforms, covering scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, avionics upgrades, interior refurbishments, and AOG response.
TAM's Jeddah facility features a 6,500 m² hangar capable of simultaneously housing up to four wide-body business jets, a component repair workshop, an avionics lab, a paint booth, and a 24/7 operations centre. The facility maintains a roster of 85 licensed aircraft maintenance engineers and holds GACA, EASA Part-145, and FAA-145 approvals.
Under the programme, TAM achieved an average aircraft-on-ground (AOG) response time of under 4 hours — a benchmark that has driven a significant share of new operator relationships across the peninsula.
A multi-year technical and logistical support contract providing scheduled maintenance, parts supply chain management, and avionics calibration services for RSAF training aircraft.
