TAM's newly authorised Dassault Falcon service centre in Jeddah — the Kingdom's only dedicated Falcon maintenance facility, covering the Falcon 2000, 7X, and 8X families.
Following the Gulfstream ASF designation, TAM secured authorisation from Dassault Aviation to operate the first dedicated Falcon Authorised Service Centre (FASC) in Saudi Arabia. The centre serves operators of the Falcon 2000, 2000LX, 7X, and 8X platforms — a combined fleet of over 45 aircraft registered in the Kingdom.
The FASC is co-located within TAM's Jeddah campus and is staffed by ten Dassault-trained engineers who completed type certification training in Bordeaux and Little Rock. Services include C-checks, avionics modifications, interior completion work, and Dassault's proprietary OBIGGS (on-board inert gas generation system) overhaul.
The centre has reduced average maintenance turnaround time for Falcon operators from 21 days (routing to Europe) to 9 days, generating significant operational cost savings for clients and increasing TAM's billable hours by 28% in its first year.
A 5-year authorised maintenance and repair programme for Gulfstream G450/G550/G650 aircraft, serving over 30 private and corporate operators across the GCC from TAM's King Abdulaziz International Airport facility.
