PROJECT OVERVIEW
Developed and operated by Tuwq — Taj Holding's industrial manufacturing arm — the Riyadh Fire Suppression Systems Plant was established to address a gap in the regional supply chain for certified fire safety equipment.
The facility houses three separate production lines: a Class A dry chemical line, a high-expansion foam concentrate blending plant, and a precision electro-mechanical assembly unit for detection and alarm panels. All production is certified to NFPA, UL, and Saudi SASO standards.
The plant reached full commercial capacity in Q2 2023 and exports to UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, and Jordan, with distribution agreements signed in a further six markets. Domestic contracts include two of Saudi Arabia's largest petrochemical complexes.
